Kwan Insurance Services was started by Victor Kwan in the 1990s. As he developed his career and business, his family also grew alongside him. Fast-forward to modern day, all members of the Kwan family (and their 3 dogs!) contribute to the continued growth and success of Kwan Insurance Services.

02. Trilingual Agents

As an immigrant himself, Mr. Kwan recognizes how difficult it may be to navigate life when English is not your first language. Inspired by his own experiences, Kwan Insurance Services prioritizes hiring agents who speak Mandarin & Cantonese as well as English in order to better serve the community.
