There are four ways to Opt-In for consent to receive SMS Conversational messages from K.I.S. Diversified Insurance Services, Inc. dba Kwan Insurance Services (herein referred to as "Kwan Insurance Services"). Verbal consent does NOT constitute consent to receiving SMS messages.
All consent requests must be submitted in one of four ways:
1. Selecting the Opt-In box on the Contact Us Form located on the website.
2. By emailing info@kwaninsurance.com and asking to have Opt-In Consent for receiving SMS messages. A form will be sent to you by email to complete, sign, and return to info@kwaninsurance.com.
3. In person at the office of Kwan Insurance Services (located at 11960 Silvergate Dr. Ste 101, Dublin, CA 94568). A form will be provided to you in-person to complete, sign and return to Us.
4. Sending "START" or "SUBSCRIBE" to (925) 828-9933 to opt-in to SMS messaging. A confirmation will be provided upon receiving your opt-in request.

Opt-In Consent for SMS Communication
By providing your mobile phone number and opting-in via any of the above 4 methods to receive SMS messages from K.I.S. Diversified Insurance Services, Inc. dba Kwan Insurance Services, you are consenting to receive SMS messages for conversational purposes. These SMS messages may include, but are not limited to billing reminders, policy changes, or important updates related to our services and policies and other communications relevant to your interactions with Kwan Insurance Services regarding your policies, billing, and cancellations.

Opt-Out Option
You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages from Kwan Insurance Services at any time. To Opt out, simply reply to any SMS message received from us with the word "STOP". Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for confirmation of your opt-out request.

Please verify with your MNO – Mobile Network Operator like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. for data and messaging standard rates.
